This has to be the worst dunkin donuts in the entire 518 ! Whoever owns this franchise needs to make a team meeting asap , or get more qualified staffing , I usually don’t write reviews, but this by far has been the most consistent in all the years I’ve lived in Amsterdam for 20 plus years and this is the slowest working dunking donuts I have ever came across , I sometimes come here with the dreading feeling it will happen again , but will give them the benefit of the doubt and still after all these years they work the slowest , there’s absolutely no excuse , you have busier places that never pull people over or take this long to get orders out , on top of it all your order being wrong. RANT OVER !!!!!!! You should test speed in workers during training before hiring. Idk what’s going on but someone needs to figure this out.

This location likes to fill their cold coffee product containers with an unnecessary amount of ice. Seeing the ice far above the fill line on the espresso I ordered today made me a one-time customer. Being an independently owned business, It's a shame they sacrifice some product to, save a buck or two. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Every time I go to this location, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Stopped going for a while and gave it another shot today. They messed up a bagel and munchkins somehow. Dunkin’ is great, but do yourself a favor and take the extra 5 minutes to find another one.

This morning (after Thanksgiving Day. 11/29/2024), my husband and I ordered Take Out Caramel Late, Cappuccino and a Donut Apple N Spice. We were so disappointed. Ice Caramel Late didn't taste as usually at all. The Donut tasted very old and was not fresh.
I am asking the staff to pay attention and stop disappointing your guests!!!!!!! Shame on you! Guests do not deserve it! Specially after Thanksgiving Day!

They dont even deserve one star, don't waste your time here. customers aren't the main concern and neither are the employees. I faithfully worked here for 2 years and got pregnant. I worked up until the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy and jumped through hoops to get my paperwork together for the "maternity leave" they offer which is just disability and paid family leave. for them to NEVER send my paperwork through and FIRE me by saying I quit voluntarily before my leave was even over. absolutely disgusting, I almost lost everything. the Garcia's don't care about anyone but themselves. I've tried to take my issue to them personally and they couldn't even open or read my message. people like this is why our community is down and no one wants to work. get a job where your employer actually cares about you and your well-being! Not to mention the “district manager” had me cleaning MOLD out of the drains while pregnant.

Unprofessional atmosphere but out of all the bad things I can say about this store ima make it quick. Pull up on a Saturday morning and store was closed and website said open…coffee lid had a strong smell of perfume…like wash your hands please. Always making me wait 10min for a simple small hot coffee ya can do better come on!
