This location is inside a gas station right off the Thruway. The employees were not friendly and seemed like we were bothering them when we ordered. We ordered a couple 6 dollar meals and couple doughnuts. The food was messy made and barely warm. The doughnuts were so small it was shocking. Id bet the doughnuts were 1.5 inches in diameter small. Not the best location for sure, might be better to hit the McDonald's up the street instead next time.

Unfortunately, The second time my order was handled by this waif w/ a bun hair do… Attitude and demeanor was seriously lacking… If you don’t like your job, simply get another one. Considering most people just want to get their breakfast/ coffee & just be treated with a little kindness - it’s really not that hard. Leave it at the door both ways -whatever is going on, But your customers deserve better!

I travel a lot and go to many gas stations. (Unfortunately). This gas station had the nastiest bathroom I've ever been in. Toilet paper everywhere with pee on the floor. No toilet paper on the roll. Staff appeared to be friendly but can't imagine how dirty the work area must be.

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts in the entire 518 ! Whoever owns this franchise needs to make a team meeting asap , or get more qualified staffing , I usually don’t write reviews, but this by far has been the most consistent in all the years I’ve lived in Amsterdam for 20 plus years and this is the slowest working dunking donuts I have ever came across , I sometimes come here with the dreading feeling it will happen again , but will give them the benefit of the doubt and still after all these years they work the slowest , there’s absolutely no excuse , you have busier places that never pull people over or take this long to get orders out , on top of it all your order being wrong. RANT OVER !!!!!!! You should test speed in workers during training before hiring. Idk what’s going on but someone needs to figure this out.

This location likes to fill their cold coffee product containers with an unnecessary amount of ice. Seeing the ice far above the fill line on the espresso I ordered today made me a one-time customer. Being an independently owned business, It's a shame they sacrifice some product to, save a buck or two. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Every time I go to this location, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Stopped going for a while and gave it another shot today. They messed up a bagel and munchkins somehow. Dunkin’ is great, but do yourself a favor and take the extra 5 minutes to find another one.
This morning (after Thanksgiving Day. 11/29/2024), my husband and I ordered Take Out Caramel Late, Cappuccino and a Donut Apple N Spice. We were so disappointed. Ice Caramel Late didn't taste as usually at all. The Donut tasted very old and was not fresh.
I am asking the staff to pay attention and stop disappointing your guests!!!!!!! Shame on you! Guests do not deserve it! Specially after Thanksgiving Day!

Told at 7:14 that I couldn't order a Frozen Chocolate because they already cleaned the machine. Open until 9, but "we clean the machine around 7:30"...well its 7:14, make my drink!
