My wife and I use your apalachin location just about every day. Each and wvery time i ask about the Military discount. I never get Questioned about it. when i try to show my ID I am told by the server i do not need to show it. they believe me.
Now when my wife askes fir military discount. she is ignored. Is forced to ask for it several times. and you staff yanks the ID from her hands. analyzes it like its fake and says fine you get your 43 cents off.

The staff clearly doesn’t understand what a chocolate glazed or a double chocolate donut is because they always mistakenly give out chocolate frosted instead. Also one time we ordered breakfast bagel sandwiches and got home to only bagels with butter on them!
I've been a loyal customer for many years, I have had screw ups on coffee, slow service, but rudeness I will not tolerate. For the past 2 months, I've had the same girl take my order. She starts with no greeting, she's blunt, and unbelievably rude and argumentative, today was it for me. At 12:30PM on Saturday July 20th the woman on the speaker had zero patience and a horrible tone in her voice. This place feels like a completely different chain after the remodel and re staffing. All the workers are super nice and make the food 10 times better. The kindest staff! Service is always very quick and regardless time of day the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. The store was clean and welcoming and the bathrooms were spotless. While the menu may have limited gluten-free options, the hash browns are a standout menu item. The donuts are kept in a case so they stay fresh longer. The coffee was ice cold and made exactly how customers liked it.
