Since when is a small fast food sack of fries $3.39?!? Tiny fries and a Quarter Pounder was $10.67, then at the window the cashier misspoke, but when she said $20.67 I about passed out. Convenience is great, and the burger hit the spot, but it was not a $10 + experience.

The WORST customer service EVER!!!The little entitled btch at the second window threw my food at me!!! Nose straight up in the air like she’s something. Chill Karen, you work at McDonald’s in arcade NY?She didn’t say one word to me! Handed me my happy meal box then legit THREW a full bag of food at me and ran away! She didn’t give me my drinks so I sat there for a few minutes then a manager came right to the window happy as can be and handed me my drinks. Asked if I got everything and if I needed anything else. Everyone was so nice besides the btch that threw my food at me!! Do better McDonalds. Teach your staff some respect & some manners ( common sense isn’t common anymore ) clearly she wasn’t taught as a child…..

I went to this McDonalds around 10 pm and it took 10+ minutes for a McChicken and a BigMac when I got my food I opened it up and it just all came falling out and apart (horrible place I do not recommend unless your trynna get fat)

Worried about giving you ketchup you must ask for each order we ordered 3 fish meals gave us fries ? no napkins no ketchup brought our sandwiches out said we had to ask for each item and there saving on wast there saving Allright more money in there pocket the cost was $ 30.10 don't go to McDonald'
