Customer service definitely isn’t the best here, felt super rushed with whoever was working the drive thru. I’ve worked in the food department twice now and understand how tense it can be with rushes, but customer service and making the customer feel welcomed was always my number one priority. Food is fine, but seems like they just slapped everything together, and like I said I understand rushes but I personally wouldn’t handle it the way they did.

I've been here couple times, but my last was horrible. My last one, they were rushing me and said there is a order time and said I was taking too long, there was literally no one behind me. And a female worker was very rude? I heard he whisper to a male worker she was going to throw my drink at me? I only got a large double double, a chocolate covered strawberry. They didn't ask for the size and got me large to get more money. The male worker shoved the drinks at me, and didn't even get my changed, it was only 7 dollars and I have 10. Honestly horrible service. The drinks were not good but they were ok. I wouldn't recommend going here. Instead going to the one 1-3 miles ahead.

To Maria, I am told you are the supervisor of the TH. This was my first time at this TH in Arcade and unfortunately I had a bad experience. We ordered a chipotle steak wrap and avocado toast. We waited 16 minutes watching the staff taking drive thru orders with no interest in us. So when I finally asked about the order I was told they "forgot" (okay, that was forgivable). One girl puts together the two items in about a minute.. Unfortunately the wrap had one piece of meat with lettuce, sauce and no warmth (mostly just a cold tortilla which didn't taste good at all). I ate it but not happily. The avocado toast my husband ordered was not toasted. I then asked for the staffs attention again (a different person who made the meal); this time the staff was rude and reemphasize that it wasn't her fault, she wasn't involved in my original order, and they had been busy (really?). These are just excuses but really no apologies. At least, she did acknowledge that the bread was not toasted and offered to make a new one. By this time, I was over it so I asked for my money back on just the avocado toast. This was just poor service.

I have such a simple order a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Half the time they forget the hash brown. I drive away because I don’t have time & assume they wouldn’t hand me my order with me asking is that all followed by them saying yes without it being all of it.

Love my morning coffee from here. Sometimes I get breakfast and eat it here. Being an avid pokemon go player,I like to hang out while having breakfast because some tim hortons are pokemon stops in the game...what better way for safety and a business to make some money.love it. Ty tim hortons for being here. We love u.
