I would like to recognize twoemployees at Tim Hortons Arcade . I was passing through arcade and decided to stop at Tim Hortons. My experience was above and beyond the gentleman who took my order made sure the white cream donuts were fresh and box them up perfectly. He also took an order for a sausage, egg and biscuit and make sure that they had biscuits and double check to make sure everything was fine. The young lady who Prepared my coffees was pleasant and upbeat, and a great Great representative of the business. The date was September 17, 2025 around 1 PM. I hope as management recognizes these people and value them as much as I did. Thank you Tim Hortons for making my day.

I went to grab tea as I forgot mine at home. There was no other vehicles behind me as it was 5:25 a.m. the girl was very rude. I asked for lemon hot tea, she said we don't have that flavor, I said ok plain tea with lemon packets, again we don't carry that I got up to the window and the girl was carrying a plastic cup for cold beverages, I tried to get her attention as she ignored me I said hello so she would talk to me so she didn't make the cold brew tea and waste it. She put her pointer finger up and pointed at another lady who opened the window. I explained I wanted a hot beverage, she was a little nicer. I just said forget about the tea and give me a mocha.
Now I do understand it's very early for these young women, however it's just as early for us customers. I work 10 hrs a day M-F so there's no excuse for nasty attitude, it's a choice to be there, if you don't like early mornings then don't work early, it makes for a long day when your attitude sucks and set the tone for other ppls day. Just saying

Got there at 7:15 and they had no hash brown and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. They had no hash browns and then I opened my sandwich and it had bacon on it instead of what o ordered!! I will not go back this is ridiculous because at that time of the morning they should have them and to make sure that the order is mad right!! They wnat so much money for poor service!

Second time at the drive I’ve been asked to pull around the front at the arcade location- because an order behind me consisted of an iced coffee when all I ordered was an espresso- and sat for an additional 10-15 minutes each time. I shouldn’t have been asked to move for such a simple drink why did it take so long to make?

I've been to this tim hortons several times in the past and I've always had great service. This morning I pulled up to the box and asked for a customized sandwich. The worker couldn't understand what I was asking for so I requested to pull up and explain in person. When i got to the window another worker took over and was giving me unnecessary attitude. A very rude demeanor....when I received my food and drink I was even more upset. The bagel wasnt toasted the cheese wasnt melted. I didnt recieve my sandwich how they typically would serve it. My iced coffee wasnt stirred what so ever. All because I asked for a customized order? On a very slow morning. I will not be returning. Rude rude rude!!

Horrible. Had to repeat our order to a second person for some reason, in the drive thru. Tim's was out of tomato and bacon and wasn't able to make a chicken chipotle sandwich either. No napkins given with order and no discount offered on the turkey club which was sans tomato and bacon. Ugh.

Worst Tims I’ve been too. Ordered two bagels and a M iced latte (literally plain no flavor) and they somehow managed to have me wait 15 mins in the store and messed up every single item?!? Asked for a completely new coffee bc I was like this tastes like crap and not only did the guy roll his eyes at least 3 times but then the other girl tried to make it sound like I was dumb bc she was like well you ordered a plain latte, as if I don't order plain lattes anytime I go out for coffee AND I also used to work at a cafe like yes I know what I ordered and no it doesn't taste like crap. Remade it and was happy with it but with how rude they are no wonder why every employee in there was miserable…

I have been here three times in the last week and service has always been fantastic. When we went through the drive thru our dog even got some treats. A couple times they forgot some of the items in our order but it wasn't a big deal because they were always friendly about it. The only thing i would say is that that they put a very little amount of cream cheese on my bagel compared to other locations and a lot of the items that we wanted were not available but other than that the food is delicious.
Always make a planned stop here. Love the place. Could use a bit of cleaning, friendly staff.

Got food, ordered a Turkey club with no cheese and extra mayo.. when i said extra mayo i didn’t mean half a dam jar to the point i couldn’t keep my sandwich from sliding, falling, dropping mayo everywhere.. OH and the best part! THEY DIDNT PUT ANY BACON ON IT!! I ate a mayo truckery club. 👎🏽👎🏽 i’ll drive the 20 minutes to warsaw instead of arcade for tim hortons!

I recently ordered a turkey bacon club on a croissant. i was informed by a lovely young lady that they were out of croissants, but would I like to try it in a wrap? I did and it was delicious! Thank you for the suggestion. Your service was efficient & courteous!
