I don't know how anyone messes up a grilled cheese, but they managed it. Literally got two slices of bread with cold cheese. I hate to leave bad reviews for any business, come seriously. Warm it up at least.

I absolutely love, Tim Hortons. People that work there are always amazing except for tonight. The young lady that was at the drive-thru window was very impatient and extremely rude. Her attitude was so bad not just when we ordered but when we went around to pay and pick up our food. I just cannot believe how she could treat somebody so rudely. This is the first time I've ever been to any Tim Hortons that someone was so rude. Actually I have never been to any drive-thru where someone was so rude. This is not the norm.

Wow. Sent somebody down to pick up an order for me, every drink was wrong. Double checked the handwritten order and the receipt, everything was correct except for the charge for whipped cream that was not asked for or received. Ordered a sky's the limit (green), received a starry eyed (purple), big difference. Ordered a iced coffee with hazelnut and 2/2, received with no sugar and barely enough creamer to change the color and no hazelnut. Ordered a caramel iced cap, received iced coffee, don't know what was in it. Ordered a hot chocolate no whipped cream, that was actually right even though there was a charge for whipped cream.If this person is new, why is there no supervision or accountability? Train them how to do things the right way and don't let them make orders for paying customers until you know they can do it right. Definitely don't let orders go out to your customers that are that incredibly wrong. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Worker named Donna messed up my orders after being correct on screen. When asked to get drinks fixed, she stated “oh my f—king god”before closing the window. I’ve been going to this drive thru for years and never had a bad experience til now. Hire friendly workers.

The young gentleman that was working the register was totally awesome was able to fix my ice capp to perfection... I didn't specify no whipped cream I simply said w/o cream ... he was patient and fixed my own faulty order without issues great

Decided to go into Tim's for a sandwich, drink and sit and eat. Only people in line. After waiting for roughly 5 minutes while at least 3 employees were talking to each other and us being ignored we walked out! Only person working was servicing the drive thru. Rated 1 star as nothing less!

This place is a nightmare, employees are verbally abusive to new employees in front of customers. When brought to managers attention, it’s blown off. Managers there are useless. Just another dumpster of a business.
Great staff! Friendly and quick with food orders. Rarely are items out of stock or unavailable.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place isn't great. Very rude workers one in particular melissa. She was very rude while taking my order through drive thru and was very rude to other employees. She shouldn't be working there. I wouldn't recommend. Go to Sardina instead.

I want to say how disappointed i am with this tim hortons location. it seems that everytime i come to this location it seems to be nothing but a bad experience. starting with receiving a bad attitude from one of the girls in the drive thru while placing my order. when i arrived at the window attitude from the workers was given once again. i did all i could to try and brush it off but since it kept continuing i feel i need to write this review. i oder the same thing everytime i come here which is a chicken chipotle wrap with extra chipotle sauce on the side and a medium mocha iced coffee double double. and everytime i place my orders it seems the same thing happens everytime. i get attitude and then my food order is never correct. i would like to say i have respect for the workers during busy situations and understand how stressful that can be because i do work in food service myself. the only thing is that there were 2 cars in the drive thru while i was there. but i can say i no longer will be returning to this location.

Went for coffee and breakfast on July 10. Older lady (assistant manager) doing the drive-thru was very nasty towards another employee. In my opinion it would be classed as verbal abuse of an employee and not what a customer should witness. It was multiple times she went after the employee and several people witnessed this. She should not hold this position it was very disrespectful and degrading towards the other employee. I will not return to this location.
