“This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover.!! I was persuaded to partake as a group order for work and was very pleasantly surprised. Downside is they have limited lunchtime hours and honestly, had no idea what this place was, when driving by. I will certainly have to go by for lunch so I can give a full review, but if you're local, it's lunchtime, and you want a quality sandwich or burger, with what seemed to be homemade potato salad, this is a go to spot.“

“We were looking for a new place to have lunch that wasn't the typical fast food. This place was perfect. Tons of different options for food. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. I really. Enjoyed the retro sauce and coleslaw on it. The portion was large and the price was good. It did take a little bit to be done but everything is made to order so it was hot. The tots were fantastic, super crispy and delicious. Each table has two controllers hooked up to a large choice of old school games to play while you wait. The inside is decorated in old images and consoles bringing back many good memories. Definitely a good place to stop by and grab something to eat.“

We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished plates and dropped the butter knife on my mothers foot and never apologized and seen it fall and looked under the table . not sure if the waitress was a bit off her game but we decided to enjoy the food.“

“Used to go here when it was Debra T’s Cafe! I raised all 3 kids there! It was SO Good SO adorable SO clean! Was devastated when Debra T’s closed! Then it opened as Maple cafe and they quickly dismantled the adorable decorations that Debra T’s had up 😣 In my opinion they destroyed it took the booths out and took all the adorable cute things down. “Went above and beyond when my husband ordered me a gluten free lettuce wrapped burger. Asked him if it was a sensitivity or allergy, when he replied allergy they stopped production of all other burgers to make mine so it would have no contact trace. Not to mention their fries are always gluten free. So very grateful to be able to get safe food for my celiac disease while getting take out!“

Stepping into Mr. P’s Roadhouse on a scorching hot Friday was like finding an oasis, and that's largely thanks to the incredible service from Sheila, the bartender. From the moment we arrived, Sheila greeted us with the warmest smile and a politeness that immediately made us feel welcome.
She was quick to recommend the coconut tacos, and let me tell you, they were an absolute game-changer! Hands down, the best tacos we've had in this entire area – a true delight. The beer was perfectly ice cold, and the air conditioning was a blissful escape from the heat outside.
What truly made our visit exceptional was Sheila's wonderful personality. She had us laughing and feeling so comfortable, it was as if we’d known her our entire lives. Her genuine warmth and friendly demeanor are exactly what you hope for in a bartender.

“We had the buffalo chicken pizza, ham and pepperoni roll, and the ravioli dinner (yum, with mozzarella cheese and sauce on top). All were excellent. We did a pick-up order, and noticed when we got home that the salad was missing that went with the ravioli dinner. We called, and what seemed like only moments after I put down the phone, the doorbell rang with the salad and bread and apologies delivered -- great service!“

“Indulging in a bit of nostalgia l, as this was one of my family's favorite stops with us kids at the time in the 1960s-70s. Back then, it was a typical DQ with a walk-up window. Now, like everything else, it's modernized.

I did the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate dip top cone. The car in front of me must have had a more formidable order because I waited behind him for over 10 minutes.

The cone was good, but maybe my expectations were a bit high. The service was good too. But it just lacked the fun of standing outside on line for an ice cream treat on a hot summer night. I guess both DQ and I are not kids anymore.“

“There food is good. The Handshakes wings are AMAZING. It's family owned and operated I believe. So we like to support local. I have been going there for years. recently mostly take out. But ate there last night. it was great. the service was good. They also make a great burger. I think best for a burger and wings. my husband loves the patty melt. per him it come out perfect no need for ketchup or salt or pepper.“

You get either 3 large chicken strips with your choice of dipping sauce or a cheeseburger with all the fixings. “So me and my family are up here this weekend for my wife's college reunion thing and she suggested Applebee's. It's close by the college and we wanted some good food before we head back to the hotel. Our waitress was phenomenal. I can't give her enough praise, attentive, patient (there was nine of us), plus she served two other tables around us. I gotta say the food wasn't as good as I had hoped. To me it's a hit or miss with boneless or regular wings. Either they're too saucy or not enough sauce. These were too saucy and my pasta was too saucy as well. My wife complained about the chip being stale as well. The ambience was good. Wasn't too to crowded but with a big family we bring the crowd with us usually. The staff was definitely accommodating so I really enjoy that.

Kid-friendliness: This was definitely a family friendly vibe as more families were there versus single people at the bar.“
