A tip to the owner do not go around saying that by law you can impose an 18% tip on a table of 4 + as I explained to you there is no law that imposes a tip of any amount yet you insisted it was the law. You can’t say this to your employees either because it is not true. Tipping is a voluntary gesture as far as I know there is no law. Saying these things only hurts your business.
