Can't say enough great things about Arcadia! The staff is amazing, the drinks are perfect, and the food is phenomenal! We came in on a Thursday evening and participated in the trivia night competition, which was a great time as well! I had spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, which was delicious with great flavor and chunks of artichoke, and it came with both fried and unfried pita chips - a nice variety. I was recommended the chicken parm sandwich as well, and the recommendation could not have been more spot on. Hands down the best chicken parm sandwich I've ever eaten - flavor was on point, the garlic bread added such a great layer of tastiness, and the fries were cooked to perfection. An incredible spot in Astoria that everyone should check out!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at a restaurant that I would like to share. The customer service at this establishment was incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance throughout our time there. We had a party of 10 for our friend’s bridal brunch. The staff failed to accommodate the needs of the party, leading to a chaotic and unpleasant event. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for the importance of the occasion left a lasting negative impression. The whole order was mixed up and wrong, during the time of our stay, the staff brought multiple wrong drinks. The food did not arrive 2 hours after ordering, at last we had to do take out since they charged our cards before even bringing the food.Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to its bad customer service, and the unfortunate experience of a ruined bridal brunch.

I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant. We had a bridal shower and made a reservations. We literally Had to wait 2 hours only for food and when whenever we ask them about how long it will take for food to come, they are like we just ordered and how do we expect to get orders ready quick. We had to leave without dine in. We had to take our foods because of reservation charges. The food was not that good either. Not an ideal place to reserve for big party wait for hours just to get food.

We had a reservation for 12 people. They knew well before we went, yet it took them 2 hours to bring out one appetizer. We ordered at 3:40pm and never received out food until 5:30pm when we told them to just pack it. If we ever asked how long it would take they gave us very nastyyyyyy attitude. Literally noone came upto us and apologized for the delay. There were the a few people at the bar but there was no one ordering food so idk why it would take them that long. But they were being very nasty about it, not just rude- very nasstyy. They took forevveerr to bring drinks out, got very annoyed when we were ordering drinks, kept messing up the drinks. Never gave a discount for the fact that we were there from 1:45-5:30pm and didnt get to eat. Absolutely horrible service. A server even ruined a video we were making by coming into it and then went and hi5’d another server like they planned it. I have a proof video. The manager never apologized for the delay or ruining our experience or for poor service. She gave an attitude as well. The food was horrible. Cold, filthy. Like the steaks were sooooo chewyyy and the yolks of the eggs were broken and made a mess. Literally ruined our day. Never ever ever faced such horrible service.

We went for brunch. We had a reservation for a group of 6. The place was a good vibe. The bottomless brunch was wellllĺ worth it. We each ordered a different dish. The food...phenomenal. We all enjoyed the 6 different dishes!! Can't go wrong in this place!! Can't wait to go back for their buffalo wing!

This is not your regular bar food. All 6 of us got different entrees and all 6 of us were super impressed. Cant go wrong with anything. This place is going to be our new go to spot.

Ok I'm still eating the burger I ordered from there and it's so damn good omg!!!! Their delivery is just as good as dining in. My husband and I come here a lot and we're always pleased with the food, drinks, ambiance and service every time! The staff and chef make you feel welcome and the food is bomb af. Love this place so much. A true gem!
