I’ve been ordering from this Brooklyn Bagel location for almost every week over the past 10 years, mostly through online delivery. I’ve always loved the food and considered it one of the best bagel shops in NYC.

Today, while I was out running errands, I finally had the chance to order in person. Unfortunately, the experience was shocking. The man taking orders was rude, dismissive, and seemed unsure of what he was doing. Another employee...

I tried the gluten free bagel with vegan tofu vegetable cream cheese and it was excellent! I am gluten free and lactose intolerant so bagle+cream cheese is not in my typical diet. But I stopped in after mass at the Most Precious Blood church for a quick breakfast while traveling, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I wish I had a place like this closer to where I live.

Each time we visit from the UK to stay in Astoria we rush here the following day to grab a bagel and coffee.

The selection of bagels and cream cheeses are fantastic and the staff are always kind.

Looking forward to heading back next time we're over.
