I went 10 years ago and go at least once per month.
I catered for my birthday party and the kids ate everything. I love the brisket, their Mac and cheese, and the burnt ends.

Butcher Bar serves the most delicious BBQ food ever, with all meat cooked to perfection and mouth watering sauces. The best Mac n cheese and natural root beer are served here. The food is amazing, tastes great, and never disappoints. The animal burger with fries and mac and cheese is a favorite order, and the mac and cheese is untouchable. Burnt ends and brisket are their specialty. Portions are well served, and happy hour offers good prices for draft beer and cocktails. The Toast loyalty program is available. The baked Mac n cheese is a must, and the queso with crispy tortilla cheese is tasty. The atmosphere is awesome, and the service is even better. The skillet cookie is not to be missed. Butcher Bar also provides the best catering experience, with delicious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced food. The team is communicative and cleans up quickly. The food is perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.
