Cafe Via Espresso is a friendly and early-opening coffee shop that serves the best spicy bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on thin bread, along with delicious homemade banana bread. It's my go-to breakfast spot before work.

Really solid place if you looking for some tasty breakfast food. I usually get the Lumberjack platter trust me it will fill you up. The place is very cozy inside makes you want to sit down and eat there, it also has an outdoor table with a huge umbrella for the sun. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you want a full breakfast. P.s if you do take out bring your own bag to carry the food, they only provide paper bags but they rip fairly easy if you order something big. I nearly dropped all the food I ordered on 2 occasions because the paper bags rip easy.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground level floor so if you have a wheelchair you can go in.

Ordered a sandwich, coffee and smoothie for delivery. Very reasonable prices and the smoothie and Sriracha egg sandwich on garlic toast was so delicious but not super heavy. The perfect amount of food.

I have been going to Café Via Espresso practically once a week for the last 3 months and let me tell you this café has EVERYTHING you could ever want. Incredible breakfast and lunch at an affordable price. Their coffee is delicious and the staff are always beyond welcoming to myself and the visitors I bring to the store. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by the café and saying hi to the lovely team and ordering a delicious Iced Coffee and Crispy Chicken Wrap.

Don't get the parfait, not how it looks in their picture. Their picture shows bananas strawberries and blueberries in a bowl and describe as granola, instead you get strawberries pineapple and soggy a$$ oats with hardly any yogurt. Biggest waste of $6 when you can get a full parfait anywhere else for like $4-$5. My biggest issue was the lack of yogurt and then soggy oats as you can see in the photo. If I'd known it had been like this would definitely not have ordered as the reason I ordered was how they advertised it on their menu. What you see is not what you get.
I just recently discovered this place and have had a breakfast and a lunch and both times the food was excellent.Now I've discovered that after 3pm the menu goes Mexican for dinner and they are open till midnight.

Their iced coffee is really delicious! They shake the espresso shots before pouring the milk over so you can really taste the espresso and it’s one of my favorite places on Steinway to get coffee. And their lemonade is PERFECT. It’s the right blend of sweet and sour. We asked for a few lemon slices to add in and they were happy to. Great service every time!
