It shouldn't take 10 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese. They need to learn to multitask on the food side,.service is terribly slow. They also precook their tots in big batches because they're lazy, so they're almost always soggy.

Our go to Dunkin in Astoria. Staff is friendly but food can be inconsistent sometimes. They also tend to forget the Donuts when you order through the app so you have to remind them. Overall, still better than the Astoria Blvd location.

Everyone here is always nice and customer service friendly, but Zaid takes it to a whole new level. He greets his customers by name and with a smile and clearly knows how to balance customer interaction with work efficiency. My favorite Dunkin thanks to him.

When this DD first opened it was clean, tidy, and the food was definitely fresher than it is today. Not to mention there was plenty of staff on hand and the service was quick and easy. Today, they appear to be well understaffed every time I visit. Also, this location seems to be a training spot for employees. It just takes way too long to have to wait for a quick cup of coffee and donut. Way, way too long. No exaggeration. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location any time soon. And did I mention the level of cleanliness? No, because it’s not so clean and tidy for my taste.

Came here couple days ago on the 14 they took forever to get my mom her coffee asking me what I ordered her when i got the coffee the top wasn't on correctly and it spilled on my hand and could have left me with 3rd degree burns we told them the top wasn't on properly and they seem to not even care. They allow a man to beg for money outside of their establishment don't go here go to the other one by chase on 30ave
