Our go to Dunkin in Astoria. Staff is friendly but food can be inconsistent sometimes. They also tend to forget the Donuts when you order through the app so you have to remind them. Overall, still better than the Astoria Blvd location.

Everyone here is always nice and customer service friendly, but Zaid takes it to a whole new level. He greets his customers by name and with a smile and clearly knows how to balance customer interaction with work efficiency. My favorite Dunkin thanks to him.

When this DD first opened it was clean, tidy, and the food was definitely fresher than it is today. Not to mention there was plenty of staff on hand and the service was quick and easy. Today, they appear to be well understaffed every time I visit. Also, this location seems to be a training spot for employees. It just takes way too long to have to wait for a quick cup of coffee and donut. Way, way too long. No exaggeration. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location any time...
