I don’t know what all these other complaints are about the staff. I love the women of the Dunkin Donuts on Steinway. Always friendly and attentive with me. The only “mistakes” they’ve made on my orders is giving me extra food. Download the app and I can ensure you you’ll never wait more than a minute for your order.
I used the app, they got my order right and it was perfect. Decent atmosphere, very clean, but prepare to be harrassed for money and followed inside, get to-go. I only sat a moment to avoid the hot weather and it was a very clean place it seemed
