I recently visited Mero Mero to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I am Mexican from Morelos and I can confidently say the food was incredibly authentic—full of rich flavors that reminded me of home. El Mero Mero is the best! They never disappoint. My family and I are from Mexico and this is authentic as it gets.
Even my Colombian husband loves this place and my mother in law who is a very picky eater. The costillas en verdolagas, the enchiladas, and rajas are all delicious. The drinks are absolutely delicious too!
The tamarind margarita, and hibiscus margarita are the best we have ever tried (and we’ve had margaritas in Mexico).
