I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the staff is rude. I love the bowls and smoothies from here. Pricey but good. I will say however they should update the prices on the drink board bc they’re not correct. But the biggest issue is the rude cashier. This spot on Steinway is one of my go to places, not only for the food but for the customer service as well. Hana is one of the best and makes my time being there a pleasure every time. Very clean interior and friendly staff! Didn't have to wait at the time I went (although I went pretty late; around 8:00PM) and was served pretty much immediately. I got the Tropical Twist smoothie with an oat milk base and really enjoyed it.
