The food here is beyond amazing. If you’re thinking about trying it, just go! This is my 2nd time in less than 7 days ordering from here because it was so so good the first time. I’ve passed by this place multiple times as I am in Astoria a lot but so sad that it took me this long to give it a try. The chicken here is so tender and juicy that it just falls off the bones! The jerk chicken is the most authentic dish I’ve had here in NY compared to having it in Jamaica and I have tried multiple places here looking for that Jamaican touch so that says a lot! The sides my husband and I got were the rice, mac & cheese & sweet potatoes both times. I cannot even begin to explain how good it was.
On top of how good the food was, the owner is SUCH a sweetheart. I am truly hoping he opens up a location in the Bronx so I can order from here more often!!

We are semi-regulars because we're fans of their beef brisket and flank steak (which is what I just finished). I've also gotten salads and pasta there more than once and have never been disappointed. They also have a chicken enchilada soup that is extremely good.
It's hard to find anywhere that has meat and vegetables to begin with, much less a good variety, at a reasonable price. Always friendly service. Very much recommended.

The young lady who took my order over the phone didn’t get it right. However, the great thing is that the owner himself went out of his way to ensure I received the correct order and didn’t charge anything to my credit card. The food is amazing! My aunt received the right food, but I didn’t. I’m very happy that they resolved the issue. I will highly recommend you give them a try.

Honestly, I barely ever write reviews but I have to for this one. I walked in hungry, ordered the Rotisserie chicken with Rice and Mac&Cheese and omggggg! I was blown away by the flavors. I was literally giggling while eating like a little kid. Everything tasted great, nothing is bland, everything is well seasoned, the portions were extremely generous compared to NYC standards. What made it even more exceptional for me was the fact that Santiago (my man) was extremely kind and patience with me. I could not ask for more. AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING PORTION, my life is complete now😅! Thank you a bunch Santiago, Thank you a bunch Flaming Grill👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. Ohhh I also got a plate to go even though I could not finish my own food🏆🏆🏆.

This review applies to a visit from a few months ago to take out. We called to place an order about an hour before some friends were scheduled to arrive at our home.
