The quesdilla was tasteless and the chicken and waffle was microwaved and tasteless. I ended up ordering dinner from another place. Flaming Grill was a waste of my money, Ended up throwing out all the $70.00 worth of food

I get the same thing every time: chicken Greek salad. It’s very consistent, fresh, and a good price. The salad is a good balance of ingredients and always just right.

Update: The prices keep going up and up. I have to take a star off. The food is still great though.
Original Post: This great resturant just reopened under new management. The owners are here daily helping with the service.
They serve great Salads, Pasta, burgers, sandwichs, soup and much more. Most allow you to customize all the ingredients you would like.
The price is very good for the area and NYC. I good meal here will be between $11 and $20.
For all this they get a 5 star rating from me.

The food is good, but the pricing practices are unacceptable. Charging a “service fee” just for ordering in person is insulting. I ordered a pasta bowl advertised as including three ingredients, yet the service fee increased as each ingredient was entered into the system. That is misleading and feels like a cash grab.
No matter how good the food is, businesses that pad the bill with hidden or escalating fees will lose customers. After already high menu prices, adding a service fee and then pushing an 18% tip for counter service and takeout is unreasonable. I walked in expecting a $12 meal and left paying close to $20. I felt cheated and won’t be coming back.
