Everything was delicious and the service was incredible. Very cozy and intimate vibes, highly recommend!
Inventive and delicious food and drinks.. Small menu. Small room. Slow kitchen because they make most dishes when ordered.

My friends and I celebrated a birthday party with 12 guests and were completely blown away by the food and the hospitality. The duck, the trout, the skate, the beef longgasnia, the pork with pistachio-- everything was delicious. We did not want the night to end--Definitely our new favorite restaurant in all of NYC!

Incredible, creative and flavorful dishes. They created an amazing vegetarian version of the menu for me and all of the dishes were great. I especially enjoyed the beets, lasagna and mushrooms. Such a unique and wonderful experience - can’t wait to go back.

Ramro is a beautiful hidden gem in Astoria! A Filipino and Nepali food mixed together! It’s very original and extremely good. If you live in Astoria you should come here for a dinner out on a date or with a friend. This place is on the smaller side but it makes it up on being very intimate.
The food is incredible! The service was outstanding and we only had one waiter/chef/bartender. Yep he did it all and he was phenomenal. (They don’t normally only have one chef but it was slow when we attended.)
Honestly you should not miss this experience! We are going back for sure for the Ramro noodles and the momos! Oh my god so good!😊

We had an exceptional dining experience at Ramro. The intimate ambiance made it perfect for date night. We came for the 6-course tasting menu on a Saturday and were glad we made reservations in advance since seating is limited. Each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
My personal favorites were the appetizers, the crudo, and the saag pasta — all bursting with flavor. The duck was seared and cooked to perfection, and the Queen’s Crown cocktail was absolutely divine! The chef and service were top-notch, making the entire experience feel warm and thoughtfully curated.
Highly recommend this gem in Astoria — don’t miss out on this unforgettable dining experience!

This spot has such a warm, cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food overall was really good: some dishes blew me away, others could use a few tweaks. I love the creativity and thought behind the menu though, and the service was fast, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Will I go back? 100% yes. They switch up their menu every six months, and I’m already curious about what’s next.
Appetizers: Total hits. The walnut cauliflower was surprisingly delicious. The little touch of condensed milk was genius. The duck confit momo was rich and full of flavor, and the smoky mushrooms were seriously good.
Mains: We went with the duck and the pork with pistachio cream. The duck itself was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the fried rice it came with was great on its own (the duck fat chicharrón was such a nice touch). But together, the duck and rice didn’t quite click as a combo. The plating could also use a refresh. Maybe a white plate to make the sauce and duck stand out more. Honestly, I’d skip the fried rice altogether and slightly lower the price, it’d make the dish more balanced and approachable.
The pork with pistachio cream had a lot of potential. The sauce was fantastic, but the dish was a bit too heavy and dry, and the portion way too big for one person. It could really shine with a smaller portion and a little salad or something acidic on the side to cut through the richness.
All in all, a great experience. You can tell there’s heart and creativity behind every dish, and I’d happily come back to see what they come up with next.

Everyone works with so much care and attention, and the whole experience was truly wonderful for me. The flavors were perfectly balanced, fresh, and simply outstanding. You can really feel the passion behind everything they do here. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don't think I've ever said this before: this restaurant deserves a freaking Michelin star. I didn't expect much upon coming here; it's a hole in the wall place that my husband and I have passed several times. I am so, so glad we went in tonight, and I wish we had gone in so much sooner. The food was fantastic. The momo fillings confused my taste buds in the best way possible; the cheddar ice cream (?!?!) was shockingly, absurdly delicious; and the skate was fantastic. I was also seriously impressed with our server's knowledge of their wines--it was clear he knew them all well and could provide specific suggestions after listening to what I wanted. Highly, highly recommend going here.

Had a fantastic dinner here from their a la carte menu - highlights for me were definitely the pork schnitzel, ramro noodles, walnut cauliflower and silvanas dessert. Everything was delicious!

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times the food was exceptional. The restaurant is cozy and the service is very personalized. Service is a bit on the slower slide but only because they cook everything fresh (open kitchen for you to observe, I love sitting by the bar). Any time there is a hiccup, they go out of their way to make it up to you. The food is worth the wait. My favorite is the duck and the noodles.

I’ve been here a few times and Ramro is the best place in Astoria for innovative dishes. It’s a small space with great service and a counter that allows you to watch the chefs work. The longanisa, skate wing and duck are all amazing. They also have a nice selection of wines by the glass and interesting cocktails. Definitely recommend!!
