Hadn’t been here in about a year before going today with my brother. Got pork, sausage, and shrimp skewers. It was delicious but a couple issues: 1. Too much bbq sauce and 2. The shrimp skewers were a little bit scant for the price. Still, great to go back!!! And I will come back again.

Don't want the work of firing up a charcoal grill but your inner crackhead is pushing for some juicy shish kabobs? Look no more because these guys have what you crave. So good and they also have pork kabobs unlike Halal kabobs because ya know..... Halal... Everything done to perfection here and never dried out. Come now. Look at you, you're drooling!!

Update: 6/2025 it appears they've been forced to the other side of the street to make way for bike lanes.

I’m sorry to say this I’ve been coming to Frankie‘s for over 10 years maybe longer the food quality has gone down the tubes. Their meat is tough full of fat and I’m not sure if that’s really lamb and not goat since expanding with multiple trucks, you would think they’re making money and the quality would be better than it was but like all things Frankies is no longer what it used to be. Sorry to say they’re more hungry than anything if you ask me, king of soulvaki on Morris and Steinway is a way better choice if you’re looking for this type of food the one on 31st and 31st is better Frankie in peace. I will never eat your truck again. You lost a long time customer because of cutting corners and lacking to serve me and my family with a smile and fresh food waste of money eat with caution

I love the meat on a stick from Franky's! Excellent beef or chicken served hot with Italian bread and Dr. Brown's black cherry soda!

Overpriced and rude — never going back!

I ordered a lamb gyro, a steak and shrimp shish kebab, and two canned sodas. I asked the man at the counter twice how much the total was — just to make sure I had enough cash — and he completely ignored me both times. When I went to pay, he charged me $33, which made no sense.

A gyro from this place is only $11, and the shish kebabs are usually $4–$5 each. I didn’t even order the platters, just the basic items. It’s clear I was overcharged, and I paid in cash
This isn’t the first time either — the last time I ordered two shish kebabs and a side of pita, they charged me $28, which was already ridiculous. I gave them another chance, but that was a mistake. Between the bad attitude and the shady pricing, I’m never coming back.

Their chicken sticks are a bomb ass snack! The salad is fresh & flavorful. The Greek fries are so good too! This truck is a gem when I’m shopping in the area. 🥰
