Terrible service from the server. They have to be friends with the waiter or acquaintances of the restaurant for them to treat you well, otherwise they will treat you badly.

Food was decent but for the price it could be more reasonable. I would still ago again. A little shady in the business ethics department but food itself was decent.
Walked in and the hostess was super nice! He sat us down right away! But our waitress looked like she could care less. I understand if it was busy but it was us and 2 other tables. We got the loaded rice bowl at around 1:38pm on 8/15. It was missing pico, okay big deal, but the waitress said no the bowl doesn’t include it. Not sure if she even checked the menu because it DID say it had it. So when we bring it up again she goes, yeah I’ll get you pico “iF YoU WaNt”. Leaves it on the table and walks away, no sorry or let me get you a new one or at least put it in the bowl? Then the bowl had carrots?? Like it doesn’t even mention that on the menu???But whatever thennnn she asked if we’re okay and I’m like yes can we have the check please? She ignored me and walked away. So I had to wait a minute for her to come so instead I asked the manager (I think) in a white shirt just on his phone, he hands me the check I asked if he had Apple Pay. Didn’t even bring me the machine, he went back on his phone again. So I had to wait for the girl again who already took long the first time to even ask if I’m okay. I think the food is good but I guess the service sucks in the morning EXCEPT for the hostess he was cool.

The food was okay… nothing great. We were all still hungry. The service was terrible. The server took our order and we never saw her again until we got up to use the bathroom and search for someone to give us the check. We sat outside so we assumed the restaurant was very busy so we kept making excuses for her but once we went to the bathroom, it was empty. We didn’t get to ask for any soda, ketchup, or anything else because we never had a server check on us. I regret leaving her the $10 I left to be a nice human. She did nothing for us. Go to any other restaurant in the area. Never again.

“This was my second time at The Grand, and once again, it did not disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the French toast bites, which are a must-try. The decor is stylish, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a great meal. I’ll definitely be back!”

ROACH BY my dinner by far the most disgusting thing ever! Manager didn’t care, I got my meal I didn’t eat it, still had to pay my bill and then go to another restaurant because of how disgusting this place was. I wasn’t going to post the review but how they handled it and how disgusting that was is beyond me . Still makes me sick! I was literally crying bc of how nasty that was I couldn’t even eat after we relocated to another restaurant. I have reported this to the local health department.
