This place was on my list of places I had to visit in NY, and it was well-worth it. Good location, GREAT food, and I really respect the owner and workers. They deserve all the praise.
A justifiably well-regarded local spot with spectacularly crunchy, oblong falafel and an immaculate vibe. Both the staff and the portions are unfailingly generous. Gorge yourself on Levant-quality halal at street cart prices.
Truly the best falafel — I’ve been supporting this spot since I was a child and they were a cart in front of the C-Town on Broadway (RIP). Since their spot opened, I regularly pickup or dine in with loved ones. The hot sauce is deliciously spicy, the chicken is always grilled to perfection, the rice pudding is a perfect end to the meal, and the salad+hummus combo is my absolute favorite. Also, as someone with Celiac Disease, it’s been great to have this reliably gluten free...
