Went too the Location and the Register was off and no food at all. But the doors open asked if they closed and they said yes. But again your able to still walk in. Staff and Managers need to do better.

Food is inconsistent. The Chicken Sandwich is always good; the Fried Chicken is or isn't. The Cole Slaw isn't good.
The service is okay; sometimes they're accomodating, sometimes not. They're not unfriendly, but you can tell they'd rather be doing something else.

We ordered 4 chickens on number 10, which were large, and French fries, after payment we immediately received our order, when we were driving, I opened it and wanted to eat, but there were French fries on top of the chicken and should have been in a separate package, but the fact that I I was surprised that I ordered 4 larger pieces and received only 1 large piece and 3 small ones which are on another room which we did not order, in general we are not happy

Atomisphere was kinda chaotic between angry customers, shady teenagers and Uber eats pick up people. But staff maintained their cool and professionalism and they were super nice. I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich. This hit the spot. Had to put bae onto this location. Wish they had a drive through. I want some today again hehe.
