I had a great experience at Popeyes on 48th Street. I want to give a special thank you to Naeem, the manager, and Saeeda at the counter for their outstanding customer service.Naeem was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Saeeda was welcoming, patient, and very helpful with my order. They both went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. It’s not often you find a team that genuinely cares about customers, but they definitely do. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the hard work of Naeem and Saeeda. Keep up the great work!

I'm sick of this place. They don't carry unsweet iced tea anymore (even if it says it in the menu). They also refuse to give you a refill on your drinks and one time they forgot my mashed potatoes I ordered and refused to give me another one. They are also constantly out of menu items all the time and the workers are so unfriendedly.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Popeyes. I watched employees handle cash and then go straight to preparing food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. That alone is concerning, but what made it worse was when I brought it up, they completely ignored it and refused to wash their hands. Basic food safety shouldn’t be optional. Handling money and then touching food without proper hygiene is unsanitary and puts customers at risk. It’s shocking that this was happening so openly and that staff didn’t seem to care when it was pointed out. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this seriously and enforces proper food safety standards moving forward. Customers deserve better.

I ordered the spicy chicken combo, and what I got was a soggy, not crispy sandwich with a thin piece of chicken. Totally unexceptable, the worst popeye location. Prices are higher in this store, and offer no specials or discounts. If you want substandard cooked chicken, and an overpriced meal, come here.
