I’ve been going for about 10 years and although I like the food and prices, I cannot stand the racism. I spend over 40 minutes (20 minutes each way) to go out of my way and if you can’t treat all customers equal and fairly and see that I’m standing there to be served and help other people who came in after me first then you don’t deserve my business or to be in business. I was so happy to discover that this place is still around. It’s a NYC gem!! I used to come here 20 years ago when I knew nothing in NYC but this place to get good food and nice atmosphere playing Bollywood on a big TV and fresh naan all day. The food is incredible and I only wish I lived closer cause I’d be eating there all the time.
This is a neighborhood GEM. Authentic & delicious food. Whom ever gave them 1 star reviews is not right. I usually get take out & not as often as I should. Go & try the food. You will not regret it!!!
