Thank you SOBOL! you guys have the best team!!!! I was called immediately after I placed my order, the kind lady on the call phone explained to me that they were out of the matcha overnight oats and that they were able to replace it with another one and I was totally on board. They made this food delivery experience amazing!

Reflection on why I am giving this place a 1 star.
I have been to multiple SoBols across the US, this is the first ever where you can’t create your own bowl.
I asked the cashier for a Cocnut bowl and for him to replace the Pineapple with Mango he proceeded to do so while adding almost a 2$ extra charge.
After pointing it out, he was like, yeah we can’t replace an item so I would have to charge you extra.
I then asked him to create my own bowl, which for reference , you can do online on their website and pick it up in store. He then said that is not an option they offer.
At first I thought this was just a coincidence, so I went another time and got the same feedback.
There is no logic whatsoever and it really comes off as disrespectful.
Personal advice, if you are craving SoBol, go to the one at Austin Street, their branch there is so much better, nicer people, they offer for you to create your own bowl. And on top of that, they have a special strawberry banana base that is amazing!
I love this place mainly because of the very kind staff that works there. Steve is great-hardworking, patient (takes me forever to decide😅)and makes great bowls with a smile! Again, Always great service-thank you! 🙏🏻🍓🍒🍎🍊🍌

The absolute worst experience that I’ve had in years at any business. The counter person was extremely rude and agressive, which created a very hostile environment from the minute I was greeted. “What do you want” in an aggressive way. Made to feel like this is not an environment to do work from or over head into again.
I have been going to this location for years, as I live on Ditmars- but I will never go again( probably spent hundreds, if not over 1k at collectively). I also will recommend to friends and family that they stay away from this location, which is unfortunate because it’s on the way to the Ditmars station.I have already contacted customer service and will follow up on Monday. Sorry the franchise owner has this issue. Please reach out to me.

Sad to say I ordered a açaí bowl and the ice cream was already melted by the time I took it out it melted in 2 seconds the scoops looked saucy already not good expense and experience I went on October 12

4.5 Stars! I love the açaí from here. Its been here in astoria for probably 3 years… With this heat… nothing better than an açaí bowl to refresh yourself.
