I was called immediately after I placed my order, the kind lady on the call phone explained to me that they were out of the matcha overnight oats and that they were able to replace it with another one and I was totally on board. Sad to say I ordered a açaí bowl and the ice cream was already melted by the time I took it out it melted in 2 seconds the scoops looked saucy already not good expense and experience I went on October 12
