When I come to New York I often camp out here to work virtually if it's a weekday. The staff has been very welcoming and And they always do well with my orders. The food and drink is as good as any other Starbucks location but the service and feeling of community is especially warm and welcomed there.

Totally agree with everyone that they need to work on space for seating, but I had a really wonderful experience today:I placed my to go order at the wrong place and they were so kind to make the order with them instead of me heading all the way to the other side of Astoria.Which made me happy as I had my baby and puppy with me.

Went on one of my mystery book shopping excursions, I landed on ditmars Ave. Haven't been near this street since pre-HS. Did not know elevated train runs on this part of the ave. Plenty of shops, an Orange Theory??? Met my partners at Starbucks and it was buzzing. Met several peeps going to Go Fest. The cashier, who looked like a teen, started talking to me about her husband?? Why 4 stars? I needed change, brought a cookie, and she asked if I wanted it warmed. I have been...
