The chicken on the Cobb salad was so dry it was inedible. The woman who was serving, spilled the dressing as she brought the salad to the table and didn't bother to ask if I needed it replaced - she was the most rude people I have come across even for New York. They should keep her behind the scenes washing dishes she is NOT at all a people person, at least our server was replaced part way through the dining experience and the new person was much better.Everything is ordered via...read full review
Albert Lombari and crew did a great job. They were very attentive and quick to offer refills. The food was really good too! The only problem isn't Crust's issue, the app you have order at any restaurant is terrible.
The cost for the meal was not worth it. There was a separate charge on my account from CRUST that has no details to it. I requested a refund but have not heard back from them as of yet.

Crust provides attentive service and good food. The menu prices may be steep, similar to those found in airports. The ordering process can be slow, but the atmosphere is lively with TVs for sports. They offer a kids' menu and a variety of options, including pasta. Be prepared for a potentially lengthy checkout process.
