I've been coming to this bar for a few years because it's in my neighborhood but after tonight I'm never coming back! The bartender had a huge attitude with everyone after finding out someone was not covering him at work apparently. He made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable and he made A POINT to everyone that he was mad and angry. Instead of keeping it professional, he took it out on the customers. He was short, rude, and just seemed irritated to even be there. It completely ruined the vibe. If you're going to work in hospitality, personal issues shouldn't affect how you treat paying customers. Definitely not the kind of place I would come back to.

Awesome neighborhood spot and perfect event space. We love just hanging here and because of that, we hosted our daughter's first birthday in their atrium out back -- couldn't have been more perfect! Alina was a pleasure to work with on curating the event details and, on the day of the party, we got a million complements on everything from the space and food to service and drinks. The best part of all of this, is that the venue is incredibly reasonably priced for the area. A lot of other venues would look to charge double what The Ditty did. To top it off, all the kids started popping balloons towards the end of the party, which probably wasn't enjoyable for the bar patrons but the staff was amazingly understanding and tolerable. Just a lovely, lovely day at an awesome place!

It was my third time at the Bar so I took a friend last Friday Night and Sebastian the Bartender was providing a great service. The coconut espresso martini was so good! 😊

I work next door and went after a long shift to unwind and wow the drinks were made to PERFECTION. I’m a big drinker haha so I know a good drink when I taste it. It was reasonably priced for the area, it could be 1-2 dollars cheaper for the drinks but what can I say? It’s astoria lol. I will def come back but this time with friends. They didn’t have a live dj I think it’d bring more customers if they did.
