They forgot something on my order and I called asked them to come back the guy on the phone sounded surprised that I wanted him to come back and then stated that he does not know when they could come back as it was busy and he would try to fit it in at some point...when I told him this was unacceptable he then asked me if I wanted to be charged an additional charge for them to come back right away. Never again.

My sister and I have been to this place months ago and that the food there was wonderful. Both of us ordered souvlaki, green salad and many others. The food was wonderful, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were many people in there.

I've been ordering from them for years and they're solid as can be. I just got the OBO breakfast sandwich delivered and asked for extra cheese. $10.50 later it's probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Really not kidding on that. I came here just to write the review because it was so good. 10 years ago I would have been appalled by that price, but today it seems like a great value.
They have the best lemon potatoes I've had, great specials, great souvlaki, and fast delivery. Seriously one of my favorite places in the Ditmars area and I've been here for 20 years. I order from a ton of places and you really can't go wrong with Zorbas. My only complaint is that the souvlaki in the platters isn't wrapped in tinfoil and can dry out. That's it. My biggest complaint is delivery packaging.

My wife and I and our little doggie were in Long Island City running errands in Long Island City and we were tasting Greek food and wanted to find a reasonable Greek place in Astoria that allows Dogs in their patio. We picked out Zorba's Souvlaki Place, the place and food was great, and the great waiter I think his name was Emanuel even brought out a dog bowl for my dogs water and when we ordered a hamburger he brought it out fast so she could chow down quickly. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere and we will be back there again soon.
