“The food and service was top notch at Gio’s! 10 stars! I asked for shrimp oreganata which wasn’t on the menu but they nailed it. Absolutely delicious. Had the antipasto and the Caesar salad. The most delicious unique Cesar salad I have ever had and who knew warm olives would be so delicious! I will definitely be going back! This spot is an amazing addition to AB! And Thank You to the staff for being so attentive and accommodating.”

“My plus one and I really enjoyed our time here. We had just gotten home from vacation and were in a mood for Ramen and this place did not disappoint.
Let me just say that this place has such a traditional Japanese vibe to it…the staff is warm and welcoming and the food was spectacular.
We had the ramen, both original and spicy and it was very delicious. We also had two Asahi beers and called it a day.
Overall, I will come back to this place more often.”

I've never in my life tasted such amazing food like this and to be honest I'm very critical and hard to please when it comes to food so like always I was waiting to either be let down or not that impressed but I was shocked I live in the City and I order from these guys 2 sometimes 3 times a week. “The food that I got for takeout was amazingly good!!!! I got the butter chicken, garlic naan bread, and gulab jamun. I also got the mango lassi drink, and it was really good too! Service was great, didn’t take long at all for my food to be made. Pricing is decently good too, not too expensive but also not too cheap. 10/10 overall experience with everything. I will come back here again for more takeout, but next time I’m trying the chicken biryani for sure!”

“We were supposed to eat at another restaurant, Anny, but when we got there, they informed us that they would only accept cash. Yet there was no ATM. We started walking on 116th, looking for an ATM. Instead, we found this place to eat. It's a buffet style place with only one booth style table. The best thing was that the food was good and the price was right.”

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.”
