My fiancee bought me the three taco entree for me for dinner I had 2 of them being Carne asada one was barbacoa I absolutely loved it being my first time trying chipole the lady was great recommending what was good to eat here so I went with the tacos I was impressed definitely will be going back soon :)Parking: Great

The place was very unkempt, food and used utensils still left on some of the tables. I ordered a burrito and what I recieved looked like a used diaper. Service was slow and unfriendly. Just go to one of the many other Mexican restaurants in Auburn.

I have given this location multiple chances to make decent food, but they have failed. I always get a burrito bowl and every time the rice is hard as plastic, and it just seems like it’s been sitting there for a long time. I do not eat meat so I get the veggie option and it never fails that they put meat in it. I will never go there again.

I wanted to give this establishment a shot. I dislike Moe’s, and Mesa Grande is amazing but kind of far from this side of town, so I thought I’d have a new spot. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The rice was mediocre. The chicken was sad. The portions were small. I will most definitely stick with Mesa Grande and go out of my way to go there!!! Love them

When I walked in the door, one of the workers were complaining to another worker just wanted to get a salad, the looks of the lettuce and fixings didn’t look that appetizing,. I ordered one anyway, . It was just a veggie salad. I asked for , vegetables, she gave me 3 to 4 pieces of onion, pepper and I went down the line I asked for guacamole that was brown and crusty. Cheese, sour cream was very soupy corn , more lettuce because the lettuce in the beginning was disgusting only one type of salad dressing got home a few bites need not to say any more!Vegetarian options: Was not appetizing at all

Tried a few times and not gotten better. I was the only person at counter to order and no one would even acknowledge me. The girl who finally did (management?) was nice enough but never took off her gloves while making my order, prepping and handling cash. Why bother wearing them. 25$ for one persons order and it wasn't great. Don't think I'll try again.

The owner of this location has clearly given up, head buried in the sand. Wish I could talk to him/her cause its a shame. No leadership, no training, employees who are not focused on the quality or the customer. Product that has been sitting a while. Go to Camillus. For me, it will only take a few minutes longer to get there. I definitely will not come here again
