Would like to start by saying I go to this place an almost unhealthy amount of times. It has became a staple in my life, and 9/10 times I’m very satisfied. Lance is a worker I can almost guarantee will be there, and that’s the reason I go. Seeing someone 5 times a week unplanned builds such a deep connection in ways most people can’t explain. Entire staff is doing an AMAZING JOB tonight as some staff called in and there are only 3 people coordinating the drive thru, cooking, and servicing the restaurant. A big shout out to who is working tonight as they deserve some extra for their teamwork and customer service! Awesome job!
I've visited many Chipotle restaurants in my life, and this may be the worst one I've been to. Lemme give you a play-by-play so you truly understand how bad this was.
