Yummy tex mex food with an authentic taste. Had the Smoked Chicken Chalupas Con Mole, wife had the Nachos Compuestos, both were well prepared and very good. Will definitely go back.
Saturday evening. Time for Mexican food. Connie's Tex Mex in Auburn sounded like a good spot. Informal is an understatement when describing the atmosphere here. Walk in, grab a menu and sit down. The waiter/cook/cashier will be out in a minute. I'd you are so inclined grab your drinks from the case or Pepsi products on fountain. 1st time visiting in over a year, since the new owners took over, food was good, some things r loaded w/onions, so if you're not into them, ask 1st B4 ordering. Place was dead-late afternoon, order for two took what seemed like a little longer than expected, but maybe that's a good thing that they're preparing fresh. Def will be back, don't know why we waited so long.
