I have had the wonderful experience of sampling this delicious coffee and sharing my experience with friends and family. Why anyone would get their beans anywhere else is beyond me. Tom is extremely knowledgeable yet very approachable - check your pompous coffee pretentiousness at the door. Nothing here is pre-roasted - you order your beans and roast online through his simple informative website. The next morning he roasts to order you get an email and pick them up. Tom has a great selection of coffees and intoduces new blends during the year, I have been ordeing for maany years and never been disappointed. The coffee is always ready within a day or two and Tom is more than willing to explain the various bllends so you can choose the best one for your taste,
