On my 10/8 I ordered pizza and their new oven baked sauces with bread, my pizza was made incorrectly and they didn’t bring the bread for my sauce, I called and complained. They offered to remake my order and deliver it, again, the driver forgot my entire pizza but brought the bread an hour later they knocked on my door again with the pizza this time. I love their product but seems everytime I order.. something gets messed up. They seem too busy to take the time to do things right. Tonight I called ahead for a certain pickup time. someone transposed the time to 20 min later than I requested. I could have just left without the product. I made the choice to wait..and be late for work. please slow down and get it right the first time
