I paid over 3$ and they filled it halfway! That’s not ok if I wanted it filled halfway I would have gotten a small!

Bought a Carmel latte. Received less than 1/2 cup that was full of grounds and no Carmel flavor. Brought it back and got attitude for returning it. The person ahead of me was returning a coffee for the same reason. Then they said if another person returns one they are throwing it at them. Great customer service not.
