The staff was confused by an order of a decaf latte. Literally they said they didn't think espresso drinks could be decaf and had to go check the machine... then were surprised to discover a decaf button! Also my donut was incredibly stale.

Me and my fiance went to this Dunkin to get two large coffees one was supposed to be a large original coffee with 55 and 5 they made that incorrect in the other one was supposed to be a large french vanilla and they managed to miss that one up as well does terrible service all together they do not listen and they would rather than to actually get an order correct and when asked to fix order they give you the least amount and is rude about it

I don’t stop here often but I had to share this bacon! Absolutely sad. Almost 4 dollars for 4 measly strips of limp greasy bacon. Just poor quality.

I used to go to state st Dunkin almost everyday but stopped because all the good workers are gone. Miss Mariah, Shannen and now Michelle. You need to do better. Brown haired girl that goes between Genesee and now state is so rude.

The cashier is incompetent! The order was one thing, but I received something completely different! The money was wasted, and my mood is ruined!!!

I ordered a large hot chocolate thru the drive thru, paid for the drink, and then was told that they did not have any hot chocolate. They offered me a substitute, but I do not drink coffee or tea and did not want a cold drink as it was 30 degrees out and I wanted something to warm me up. They then wanted to give me the receipt and for me to go to another store for my hot chocolate. First of all, why would another store honor a receipt from that store that clearly shows that I paid and should have gotten the hot chocolate already. Secondly, why would anyone want to start traveling around the city to get what they ordered at that store. I told them just to refund my money and was told that they couldn't do that as there was no manager on site. They then wanted me to come back the next morning to speak to the manager and get my refund, which I told them didn't make sense as I live 10 plus miles away from the store and the cost of gas just to get the refund would be as much if not more than the cost of the hot chocolate. So I asked them to have the manager call me the next morning to work something out and left them my name and number. This was on 12/4/24. I have yet to get a return call from the manager. Absolutely unacceptable....

I used to love this location but now it seems every time I go there it gets worse and worse. I shouldn’t have to wait 15+ minutes in the drive through. Been late to work multiple times just due to coffee. Then I get my coffee and it’s not even full. I just don’t understand

Honestly I don’t know why I keep trying this location. The staff is rude and the quality is terrible. I always order extra espresso in anything that I get and it’s never added. A $10 coffee without all the add ins that are paid for is bs. Used to be the best location but the new staff is trash and lazy. My fault for expecting anything more of this location at this point
