For the most part the service is good at this Dunkin Donuts, but they're consistently out of food such as donuts, bagels, muffins and coffee flavors by the morning. I was told that one man provides the food for all the Dunkin Donuts in Auburn, NY and he is not doing a good job, although it seems like too much for one person to have to do. These Dunkin Donuts are losing out on a lot of money every day by not having enough product, and it's not fair to the customers either.

After just making a sandwich for the previous person they said that their ovens weren't working anymore and the attitude that they had it's unacceptable one I think that they were listening to me as I was talking to my father telling him that he can stay in here because I was going to the bathroom and going to have them make a sandwich for me when she got done I think she took that as an insult when I was not even talking about her in the sense that being sarcastic totally unacceptable

Well I hate to say it I used to like Duncan a lot don't get me wrong but I guess it's hot it's not there for all it's hard to find help anymore and plus they've been closed well hopefully getting remodeled and go get some good help in there. Other than that I wish you the best and I'll stop in between there and the other place I'm going now simple roast down the road but you know I enjoy them both but right now the service on the other place is just a little better thanParking: I think it has plenty of Park and it's probably got I don't know I'll say 24 spots and other times of the day when it's busy they have a drive-thru so overall I don't think you should have a hard time finding a spotWheelchair accessibility: Oh and yes you can get in park get in with a wheelchair they got a couple handicap spots cuz I'm handicapped but

Iced mocha lattes taste delicious, unlike some other Dunkin’s that are too milky flavored. Guy working the counter was friendly and fast. He made conversation with all the customers. Definitely my new location of choice.
went there for a quick before work run, this guy (think his name was dante because i heard the other lady call him that) was the coolest dude i’ve ever met at a fast food place. easy 10/10 place i will always go back as long as dante and the nice front counter lady are there. huge win for dunkin not gonna

We always go through the drive-through at State Street in Dunkin in Auburn on the way to take my daughter to work. The workers are friendly, kind, and courteous. The food is delicious and the orders are always correct.
