Very nice atmosphere good prices. The staff were friendly. The Barista was friendly but the customer service was a little lacking luster. I ordered and paid for a specific drink and waiting while the other members of my party got their orders. I went to the counter and asked for my drink only to be told they were out and didn’t want to make more bc it was a waste. They offered an alternative but never took the initiative to find me and offer something different. I’m guessing...
James and Michael were so helpful helping me pick out the chocolate I needed. They were so very friendly and all smiles. I love the service and chocolate here. I come here ALL the time!! Absolutely recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
Visited here a while back with my friend who lives in Marcellus. I have a weird allergy and the manager went above and beyond in reaching out to the chocolatier to make sure I could safely enjoy the sweets - which were delicious! 12/10, I'd do a sixth star if I could! I had 2 chocolates and a coffee which were fantastic. I'm particularly partial to the star decorated one (sorry I forgot the name) which was fruit filled!
