Twice now we have gotten horrible dried overdone or old chicken. This second time my husband even told them how bad it was before and we didn’t want hard skin and dried out meat. And we got “harder than crispy” skin and the meat was tough and dry. We asked for a bucket of original!!! Really sad because we will never waste another $35 there. In Auburn. I tried adding a picture but that’s not working.

KFC offers good food, although service can be slow. A manager generously gave extra buns due to staff shortage. A customer found the tenders meal to be average, with over-salted fries and limited napkins. Despite inconsistencies, KFC's typical chain food reminds one of childhood memories shared with family.
