Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas to take to some friends who have been sick. When we picked them up we decided to order subs to take home for ourselves. I unwrapped my sub when we finally got home to find it didn’t have any meat (ham) on it. Hardly any lettuce and way too much mayo.

Received my order and found several hairs in my ridiculously small, large pizza and on our celery. When I called to ask for our money back the guy on the phone apologized but it was definitely not sincere. He actually sounded like he was laughing about it and definitely did not care at all. He refused to give me my money back saying they could only do credits no refunds. I actually believe this is against the law.
