We arrived around 10:30 tonight hoping to enjoy a couple of drinks and some caviar bumps. We waited a long time to get greeted or acknowledged by the staff but this did not bother us. We ordered two caviar bumps from the start. The caviar was excellent, and the person who served it was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, it really set a great tone for the night.

I had 5:00pm reservation today. We made the reservations to have PRIME RIB. We noted that on our reservation request. We were seated and asked for prime rib ……….NO PRIME RIB. WT……
The PRIME RIB sign is still displayed at the bar ….what happened?
