The staff and owner are all lovely and kind, the coffee is great, and the food is phenomenal. You can tell they take pride in their pastries and that they care about their customers.
I could never complain about the food and quality. It’s insane. Really really good food. But the talking at the register, the slow line, the incredibly long wait for a sandwich is wacky. No matter if it’s clientele or personnel causing the hold up, you shouldn’t have folks waiting an hour for a sandwich.
The pastries are sooooo good. Very cool vibe and lovely staff /customer service
