This is now under new management and is called Fireside by the River and we have eaten here now a few times in the last month. The food was absolutely amazing. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. The French Onion soup, scallops, crab cakes and shrimp and grits were all out of this world. Great selection of cocktails and the service was top notch.This is a must try if you have not yet! Highly recommend!
My wife and I went on a Thursday evening for cocktails and jazz music. We ended up staying for dinner and I'm glad we did. The cocktails at the bar were very good and the service was great. The food was wonderful and we would highly recommend the pork chops and the salmon. We got to meet the owner and talked at length. I can't say enough good things about the remodeled restaurant and bar. This is my new favorite place. A+

Dined here last evening. The warm brie appetizer was very good and a nice change from ordinary appetizers. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the chocolate torte which came with raspberry sauce. The combination of the chocolate and raspberry....yum! The staff were all nice, friendly, and informative. I'll definitely be back!
