Lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Ended up needing to call back to check on my order again and was given no solution after waiting over 2 hours for the delivery that never came. Ended up just getting a refund. Have had a much better experience at the burnt hills location though.
We usually order from here a few times a month since their delivery is consistent but unfortunately their food is not. The prices have gotten so expensive but it's the only place that delivers PB&J wings. Apparently they changed their PB&J sauce and it's disgusting. We did call to let them know and they said they would refund the amount. However, beyond frustrating because it was a waste of time since we now had to again figure out an alternative to serve kids for dinner. Pizza...read full review
