Our last day in Saratoga, we decided to eat at Taqueria Guadalajara. Small mom & pop shop with AUTHENTIC Mexican food. As one of my sisters said they didn’t have a website, so it must be true Mexican cuisine. Everything was delicious from the virgin Piña Coladas to the Tequila Sunrise. Perfect rating! I had a shrimp tostada and chiles rellenos. Both were delicious, I also loved the rice and refried beans served as sides. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating! I will definitely come again when I am in this area. If you are looking for authentic and delicious Mexican food, this restaurant has my highest recommendation.

We went for Father’s Day. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas. They came with rice and beans. They were so delicious. Very hot (temperature wise) gooey, cheesy and lots of enchilada sauce. The way I like them. I hate when enchiladas come out dry with hardly anything in or on them. The rice and beans were delicious too. I had a margarita. It was good too. Felt like I was in Mexico.
