The atmosphere was great, noise level mild. The food on the other hand was very disappointing. I ordered French onion soup, which ended up being the best part of my and my wife's meal. We ordered steak, it was so tough you could hardly stab your fork in to it. We chose to do the up charge for broccoli as we both love broccoli. It was not cooked enough and tasted like dirt. Overall dissatisfied that we chose to eat here for our Anniversary. Will never eat here again.
There were hardly any people there, yet it took 45 minutes after ordering our food to get it. Our was room temperature when they finally brought it out. They sat a couple with a baby right next to us when there were clearly other tables that would've been more appropriate. The man at the table was swearing loudly so much so that we opted not to have dessert so we could leave. Incredibly disappointed. Their prices are not at all in line with the quality of food, service or atmosphere.
I ordered the chicken pram dinner it's was so delicious ?. The restaurant is beautiful. I First time dining there. It's was great well worth eating there. I will be going back soon.
My husband and I both had the monthly special (crispy chicken carbonara). It was excellent! Hopefully, it will be offered again at some point. Service was excellent, Amanda was friendly, attentive, and extremely efficient.
Diner was excellent and will return for another meal. I had the grouper and it did not look appetising but was delicious and I will have again. in the past I have had the prime rib and is one of the best in the area ,but was not offered on Tuesdays. Server, Sue was very accommodating.
Good and table service were great. Admittedly we were arrived 10 minutes late. We had to stand in line for the hostess. The hostess kept walking away and we were reprimanded for being late for our reservation.
We always have a great experience at Fortune's. Our server was Red. He was the best server we have had so far. He was efficient, tentative very knowledgeable , and accommodating . He made our time at Fortune's enjoyable.
My husband and I both had steaks which were cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious. His meal didn't come with a side which seemed strange but he added a potato and salad for $6. Overall, good experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The server, Andrea, was attentive, helpful and did not overly insert herself into our evening. The food was as expected for a fine dining establishment. The atmosphere was quiet and there was no hint that we were in a casino environment, as the sounds of the gaming floor were not heard in the restaurant. There was no rush even as we were still being served as the posted closing time was past. We are looking forward to returning in the future.
our waitress did not want to use our pts. told us to go to front desk and get a voucher very embarrassing never had to do that before, Told us we couldn't take our drinks out to the floor after paying $20 for a Manhattan. Terrible exp. may never go back.

Great food, delicious and well prepared. Fast and sooooper service with a smile always. The dessert selection made it hard to decide how to finish the meal. My wife and I cannot recommend this venue enough for the great menu selections.
Food was excellent had the fish fry's waitress was friendly and checked back to see how our meals were and to see if we needed anything else would go back chair's were comfortable to sit on no wait time on food after ordering
Ordered grilled chicken basil Alfredo and filet mignon. Although plentiful and flavorful the chicken strips were too dry. The waiter had no idea how I wanted the steak prepared. I wanted my steak blackened Pittsburg style. The mgr came over to verity my request and mentioned that it would be rare which I understood. Steak was overcooked with little flavor. We also waited more than 20 minutes for our salads. In the meantime a buser came over and asked if we wanted a takeout container for the one roll still in our basket. Weired as they just put it on our table !! Normally, we always enjoyed eating here so this was unexpected. I'm sure having a part time server didn't help. She didn't even know how to open a wine bottle at the other table. When she came back to our table I explained how to open it which she was grateful to hear. Still, we will probably return.
What a great place to eat !!!! Prices are great, the food was delicious !!! Best fish fry in WNY !!! Plus, even with being a part of the Batavia downs casino, this restaurant allows all ages to come and enjoy a meal. Whether you want to have a date night or a family dinner, this restaurant accommodates all occasions you may have !!!
You need to make a reservation! We saw several couples turned away for not having one but I'm so glad we made our reservation the day prior. Everything tasted amazing and our server was very friendly.
