Our server Christopher made the evening very enjoyable. Food was great and the ambiance was also great.
Food was delicious, we all had the stuffed haddock. Garlic mashed we're not really hot and seemed like either leftovers or just say for a few hours. We had French onion soup and seafood bisque which all was delicious! I think it server was Chris, very attentive. That's hard to find. Prices were so reasonable I would definitely go back. Many other customers ordered the fish fry so I'll try that next.
Never will return. 2 out of 4 dinners were cold. Appetizers were good. Asked for baked potato to be replaced with warm one, same potato was returned, microwaved. Lasagna was a tad warm. Veggies were undercooked. The only good experience was the waiter named, Red. Took a very long time for entrees to come out. $200 wasted. Terrible experience.
Nice menu & excellent service. Our items were not "steakhouse" worthy .... but were good, reasonable, & well presented. Good place to eat at Casino or while in Batavia area.
Pleasantly surprised to be sat trackside when dining on a Saturday night in December with racing going on! Was very pleasant. Good was great and we had a memorable evening.
Our dinners were excellent and brought 1/2 home. Longer wait time was not as accustomed to at Fortunes but the food was worth the wait and loved our leftovers following evening for dinner. Fortunes is still our favorite restaurant:) Thank you for your excellent service, Open Tableππ»
Everything was great as usual however all 5 of us ordered the early bird fish fry(reservations at 5pm) and we were charged full price, not early bird pricing. We didn't notice until we got home.
Nice table overlooking track. Service was OK, though late getting baked bread and server mistook my wife's dinner order and it had to be remade. I had Cajun baked fish and it was badly overcooked. Fish fry average, chicken parm and scallops dish were good.
The food was very good. The prices were decent except for the steaks. Service was very good too. I will definitely go back
Always fantastic food and service. Love this place. Prices are good especially for the amount of food you het

Red was our waiter and he did a fine job checking in with us throughout the dinner. We tried the canoli-carrot cake which was delicious.
Fortune's was amazing! I had been there a couple of times before and it never disappoints. Our server had great customer service. The food was top notch. I had the salmon and mashed potatoes. I've had their steak and pasta before. I would definitely go back.
We were there on date night. The booths are offset in the wall, so it gives you a private feeling.
The restaurant is fine. I know it is an "Italian steakhouse" with some pasta dishes, some seafood dishes and steak entrees at "market price". I hate asking for prices so I settled on a pasta dish. It was okay, but the tomato sauce was very heavy if you know what I mean. I had made the reservation in advance as we were staying there but I wasn't really in the mood for a big meal. I would have liked an option for a gourmet burger or steak sandwich, so I settled on the pasta because there was really no where else to eat at that establishment that had a decent dining atmosphere. Also, I was asked when I made the reservation through Open Table, if there was a special occasion. I added that it was my wife's birthday that day. Not sure why they asked because nothing came about from it. Open Table might as well not even ask if no one pays attention to it. Just my opinion for what it's worth.
Love this place, food is always good. They give you plenty. Also love they give free play when eat there.
