We went through the drive thru about 5:30 Saturday evening 12-27-2025. We ordered an 8 piece family meal. They were out of coleslaw which was disappointing because that’s usually the best thing they have, wound up getting two potatoes to make up for it, we got home ready to eat and the chicken appeared like it had been sitting under a heat light for a while, the biscuits were hard as a rock, you could have used them for a weapon. For 34 dollars it was very disappointing.

KFC offers a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The service is friendly, with staff keeping the place clean and attentive to customers' needs. The store manager handled a rude gentleman very well. The food has its ups and downs. The chicken, at times, can be a bit dry. The fries can be soggy and oily. Online deals can be a great value. Food was ready quickly. Parking has lots of spots for pickup orders, handicap parking spaces, and dine-in spaces. It is totally wheelchair accessible.
