I dont even know how to express the deliciousness I just experienced. I will admit, I was skeptical about ordering from a food truck but I love Halal food and my favorite places are a bit of a drive so I tried this place and WOW. First of all the Gentleman who served me my food was genuinely friendly and Professional. The quality of the food was outstanding and the taste well I was so impressed I ordered dinner 2 nites In a row. The Chicken Paratha rolls were amazing, honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten, ever!! The chicken over rice was also delicious and there rice is cooked perfectly as well as the chicken. I don't often leave detailed reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. Do yourself a favor and try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Hidden gem food truck in between Islip and downtown Bay Shore. Tried several halal spots and this has been the best by far. Combo platter was super fresh. The owner Z was super personable and takes pride in his food. Definitely coming back.

Great food! Great customer service! He’s very kind and is good to his customers. I ordered two chicken with rice and salad and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. The best falafel I’ve ever had! I asked for extra sauce and wasn’t charged. And you can’t beat the price, I thought they were too low to be honest, average may be $12 a person, and that’s with extras like fries and what not, so I tipped generously.I will definitely be back for more.
