Prices have gotten way too high. Service is awful no manager on site except once a month. Phone not answered. May never go back after 15 years.

I had walked in there and was disappointed with the unprofessional actions going on in there. One of the girls in there were cursing and yelling while telling a story in front of customers. I had ordered an avocado toast and noticed there was no seasoning and then bit into it and it was not toasted. I walked in there and told them its raw and the girl that "made it" said sorry I wasn't paying attention because I was talking that she was distracted. When going to a food establishment there should be complete professional service.

This place us usually okay to go to a little busy and the staff are sometimes scrambled but today was not good at all. There were at least 5 people in the back and they were still running around like a chicken with no head. Ordered egg and cheese on croissant for my son who does not eat pork. The woman said bacon egg and cheese on croissant stopped her self and said egg and cheese on croissant so i took it because people make mistakes and the sandwich they made and gave to wrong customer i thought they fixed but sure enough for someone who does not eat pork got pig on his sandwich. I ordered for myself snackin bacon and I received was a piece or 2 of regular bacon ripped up and that's ridiculous because its not what i ordered or paid for. I over heard the woman say "theres no bacon i have to make bacon for the snackin bacon do this" I didn't think anything of it until i saw what "do this" meant. The worse part is they gave my food originally to someone else who decided to put his hot breath in my bag. I asked for a fresh one but unsure if they heard that. All they had to do was say was the bacon was not ready itll be a few minutes. This is customer service guys. I would have gladly waited for my proper order. Stop rushing to satisfy people because you have a better chance of having a dissatisfied customer that way. I hope this is constructive for you and you understand the importance of quality customer service.

Im so fed up with this location it's unreal. I placed an order for DoorDash with them and there's 0 way to customize and no change notes on the app so i figured i would call and tell them the pumps for my latte. Nope. 7 calls later and 0 answers. They regularly make my drink wrong and give me incorrect food items. I mean like i ordered a sausage egg croissant and somehow get a bagel? Every single time i order curbside pickup they don't bring it out. I've waited upwards of 15 minutes and nothing. I have kids and don't leave them in the car alone. Yes even to run into stores. When i asked about it they said "oh we don't come out when we're busy". As one of the employees is on her phone and there's a whopping one customer. It's pure laziness.

First time using this location. I placed my order on the app. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. Made very very well. Tasted great. They didn't overload it with ice so I had a decent amount of coffee. I love that the people behind the counter acknowledge me and said have a good day even when doing pick up. You rarely have that and I think it's so important.
